Bought the photo frame for my wife for her birthday and we are both extremely happy with the quality and the performance of the product. Took a little time to work out all the settings and such but now no problems at all. Thanks Kogan, will continue to buy from you if the service and the products and price stay competitive.

This was the third digital photo frame that I purchased as a gift. All recipients have loved the product, features, and clarity/brightness of the images displayed; the after sales care we received in assisting with the product inspired us to register this recommendation for this product (and Kogan).

I bought my digital photo frame on Tuesday night and it was delivered today (Friday) and looks fantastic. It was easy to set up. I have already added my photos and it's on display for everyone to see. The photos are clear and bright.

I did a lot of shopping around in the market as well as online and KOGAN is the best value. I got it delivered within 2 working days, which is awesome. My adapter stopped working but when I contacted KOGAN support team, they sent me a new adapter for free and so I'm very glad with the customer care. My only concern is the remote control which is a bit tricky to use. Apart from that, I'm very happy with the photo frame and I feel this is the only place where I wasn't ripped off unlike any other retail stores. Good work KOGAN!!! Highly recommended, will give it 4.5 outta 5.

This is the second Kogan product I've bought and I'm thrilled to bits with it, just like I was with my other purchase (Digital camera / camcorder). Before buying it I had a couple of questions which they answered promptly and I found them to be very helpful. Their postage was incredibly quick, even at this busy time of the year and I just love my new Digital Photo Frame. itz really a awesome product, clearity of the display is great and sound too........i tried many places around where i live but i couldn't find this great deal with this price...........
and the only thing i don't like is, it don't have the feature to adjust the volume.......

Just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with the help I
received with purchase of a 12” Digital Photoframe.
I had made some enquiries prior to the purchase as I bought the item
for a particular purpose (other than to look at photos).
I did have some problems with the anticipated performance and I was
beginning to think that I had bought “a pup”.
However, Adam came to my rescue most magnificently. Thanks to his
utmost PERSEVERANCE and PATIENCE and KNOWHOW I feel that my Kogan
Photoframe is going to make me very happy. I cannot recommend Adam
highly enough.
By the way, I happened to read an article about your company in a
magazine at my doctor’s. (Can’t remember the mag’s name). I was much
impressed. Wish you much luck and perhaps in the future we’ll do some
more business.

This frame is up with the best, and for the price you could not ask for a better one, well done KOGAN.

The only draw back is no instructions in the box, this needs attention as we are not all tech boffins but overall very well done

I shopped around quite a bit for photoframes using Lassoo, Ebay and Deal Extreme. The Kogan 12.1" was by far the best value. It arrived in a couple of days and I'm delighted with it. Good quality picture, easy to use, more features than comparable frames. Highly recommended.

I bought this frame after looking around at many others. I previously owned a Kodak frame that cost twice the price and was only a 10". The quality of this frame is as good as the Kodak and the Kodak one died after 15 months. This is great value for money. I would highly recommend it.
