Brought one last month. Found the unit very easy to use even though instructions could be better. No problems with unit in the first couple of weeks but then had problem with SD card. It seem that the SD card became corrupted preventing the the use of the GPS Unit. Contact Kogan support for help. They were very good in assisting me and eventually sent me another SD card which fix the problem. An item is only as good as its after service and I give Kogan 10 out of 10 for their assistance in fixing my unit. Well done and keep up the good work. (Thanks Adam for your Assistance)
Brought one 2 weeks ago. Had an issue with the tightness off the window holder frame, solved that by heating it up in hot water to expand and set in the GPS. Have not removed it from the holder since so don't know if it has freed up yet. If i want to take it inside I take i off holder and all.
Found it relatively easy to get going and navigate. On a 2000km trip to and back from Melbourne via the upper- SE - Western Vic and the Sorrento - QClff ferry it only missed tracking the actual road at spots between Edenhope - Coleraine. The new ferry ramp at Queesncliif was missing but no big deal there was now where else to go other than to the new one or into the bay through a fenced construction site.
Got tangled up in the Melbourne marathon route and tested it with numerous route changes around the CBD on the way back via Horsham and it reacted and delivered a new route in good time
Accurate and responsive but did not always predict which way I would go at a number of road junctions - deviations but that made if more interesting to watch.
A steal at this price.
4.5*
Mike
