I have been using this for about 2 weeks now and have made probably 12 cups of coffee with it. I am still making my mind up whether I like it or not. The good features are that it is quick to heat up, it has great steam pressure for frothing the milk, the fact that it has a milk frother (where other more expensive machines do not) and does a good job of making the coffee. I have lost two pods due to the coffee grinds spluttering out into my cup making it undrinkable, but I have also had some really nice cups of coffee from it. I still haven't quite learned the art of getting the milk to be frothy and creamy without being too bubbly and light, but to date I have managed to get it better than you would find at most cafes. All in all, I think it is good value for money but I am not entirely convinced about the durability. Only time will tell.

Bought 2 for Christmas...one for my son & one for me. My son's worked brilliantly, but mine, unfortunately was a dud!! Wouldn't froth & make scarily loud depressure noise with steam escaping....sent it off to the repairs department under warranty & it was replaced - no problems. So I guess although I was unlucky, it's proof that the warranty system works well. Had my new Ez-Press back in time for Christmas & it hasn't missed a beat!! Great coffee machine...froths within seconds of turning the unit on. Easy to use.

I got this during one of Kogan's specials and I am very impressed! Makes great coffee and easy to use. Very cheap and easy way to get into the pod world. You should also sell auto milk frothers, there are few good ones on ebay. Cheers
