Recently I purchased a 24 " Kogan Full HD LED TV with PVR and it works like a charm, great quality, impressive audio, and overall the expected features were all there aswell as hdmi and much more. The TV was simple to set up and join to a tv bracket which i purchased. 5/5. I strongly reccomend this for bedrooms, but i also suggest to only buy it if you're going to sit 1-8 feet away
I bought one on my son's behalf. He lives in a small unit and finds it to be the perfect size, using it for watching TV, recording the late-night shows, and playing PS3 and Blurays.
Aside from there being no published maximum size that the built-in PVR can access (I started at 400 GB and locked-up the set! - I think ,400 is ok but I ended up with several 100Gb partitions), and that after some PVR activity, the display infrequently demonstrated a sort of checkerboarding effect similar to that due low signal-strength (although since using the hard-drive instead of flash-drive it doesn't seem to happen at all), this is a great little unit.
The viewing angle is also pretty good, probably about 160 degres side-on and maybe 120 vertical.
As long as you go into purchasing one of these TVs knowing exactly what to expect (being what others have posted, such as the "Engrish" pdf manual, tinny-ish speakers), then you will not be disappointed.
The rating is based on meeting my expectations, not a quality comparison to leading Japanese/Korean brands which are (a) significantly more expensive and quite frankly (b) are likely to last just as long.
