    Manuals for all of our Kogan brand products are available on our website.

    We run a paperless office and we do not supply printed manuals.

  • Q: If my Kogan product needs to be repaired, who will cover the freight costs?

    Kogan will cover all freight costs if your product needs to be repaired under warranty.
    If your Kogan product needs to be picked up, it is the Customers responsibility to ensure it is packaged securely. The best way to do this is to keep the original packaging your product came with.

  • Q: What warranty does my Kogan product come with and what does this cover?

    All our products come standard with a 1 year warranty that covers manufacturer’s faults.
