Frequently Asked Questions

Digital Photo Frames

  • Q: How Do I view photos on the Digital Photo Frame I have purchased?

If you have a 7” Photo Frame you will need to connect a USB or SD Card with the photos on it to the photo frame. Select the correct input and the photos should display.

If you have a 12.1/15” Photo Frame you can do as above or you can also copy your photos to the internal memory of the device. Connect it using the supplied USB cable to a USB port on your computer. The device will appear as a removable disk and you can then copy your files across to it.

  • Q: Is there a cover on the 12.1/15” Photo Frame?

Yes. You will need to remove the brown protective cover from the surrounding frame of the screen for it to look the same as the website photo.

  • Q: My Photo Frame no longer powers on. What do I do?

For 12” & 15” photo frame, could you please check if the red light on the photo frame is on?

  • Q: What is Kogan’s stuck and dead pixel policy for LCD TVs and Digital Photo Frames? (for items purchased on or after 13th July 2010)

Where an LCD TV or Digital Photo Frame shows one or more dead pixels (these are best seen on a white background and they don't have any colour), within the first 12 months after delivery, this will be considered a fault for the purposes of our Warranties.

Where an LCD TV or Digital Photo Frame shows three or more stuck pixels (these are either white, green, red or blue), within the first 7 days after delivery, this will be considered a fault for the purposes of our Warranties.
