Payment and Purchasing

  • Q: Can I pickup my order?

Our products are stored and dispatched from a 3rd party warehouse.
Due to OH&S reasons, our warehouse does not allow pick-ups. All Kogan products are for delivery only.

  • Q: Do you have Lay-by or finance on your products?

No, all Kogan products must be paid in full when the order is made.

  • Q: How would I go about acquiring a discount code?

From time to time we release promotional discount codes to members of our mailing list. If you would like to be emailed a discount code you can subscribe to our mailing service on any page of our website.

  • Q: If I purchase a Kogan product, will I be supplied with a Tax Invoice?

The Order Confirmation email that you receive when  you make an order is a valid Australian Tax Invoice.
If you have lost your invoice we will be happy to email you a new one.
Simply email our sales team on sales@kogan.com.au with your request.

  • Q: What is meant by a Kogan product being on Presale? When do I pay for the item?

A Pre-sale means that the product in question is currently out of stock and will be dispatched on the date specified. To avoid disappointment we recommend ordering early as demand for our Pre-sale items often exceeds supply. To secure your Kogan Pre-sale purchase, payment is made when your order is submitted.

  • Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard on our website or alternatively you can email our sales team with your details for bank deposit payment.

Televisions

  • Q: How Do I connect my DVD Player/Foxtel/Other Device to the TV?

The exact method of connecting the Appliance will depend on the connections available and the TV you have. Where possible we recommend using HDMI to connect the Devices as this provides the best quality. Otherwise you will need to use a cable such as Component (Red, Green and Blue) and plug one end into the device and other into the TV.

If you used Component cables then you would have to press AV/TV and scroll to YPBPR. The same idea applies for all methods of connecting devices.
