Kogan Wins 2010 Retail Innovator of the Year
Posted on .Every once in a while we like to toot our own horn and recognise the great work the Kogan team has been doing for nearly five years.
The Australian Retailer's Association held their annual ARA awards at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre yesterday, and invited Kogan to come along.
We were extremely excited and proud to win the 2010 Charter Security Australian Retail Innovator of the Year Award. They recognised Kogan's tremendous impact on the industry, and our positive influence in driving more retailers to offer better deals for Aussies shopping online. The ARA trophy now sits proudly at Kogan HQ in Melbourne.
Retailers in the room included the likes of David Jones, JB Hi-Fi, KMart and Dymocks, however the ARA recognised that Australian's are getting the best deals online and acknowledged that this is where the industry is truly innovating. They also noted our willingness to push the boundaries in taking on the big name brands to ensure we had the best deals for Aussie shoppers.
This award would not have been possible without the loyal and unwavering support of all of our customers and fans. It is this continued support that gives us the drive to battle the “big boys” of the electronics industry, and continue to bring you the best value consumer electronics in Australia.
