One of the features in the new Deluxe TVs (32" and 42") that you might not know about is the AVL (Audio Volume Leveller).
If you ever get annoyed at the volume difference between a TV show and advertisements, or between SD and HD broadcast channels, then you will absolutely love this feature. You've probably noticed TV ads are often played louder than the show you are watching in Australia.
The AVL in Kogan's Deluxe range of LCD TVs lets you set the audio to your preferred volume, as you normally would. Built in software will ensure the broadcast you are watching remains at that volume. So whether those pesky ads come along which are a lot louder than the show, or you switch between SD and HD channels -- it'll stay the same volume. This process is called normalisation.
This is just one of the great features we've been working on bringing into some of our TVs. What other TV features do you want see in the Kogan range?
